We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with our product. We accept items for exchange if sizing is wrong.
There are no refunds unless a defective product is received with proof. Items exchanged for sizing must be in new unused condition with original packaging, tags still in tact, & no odor.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
If a refund is requested for a defective product, it will only be for cost of product. Shipping is not refunded. Customer is responsible, so insuring packages is highly recommended.
